The Best Christmas Baking Recipes

I’m going to start this post off being completely transparent.

I am not a baker. I don’t bake very often, so when I do, I make sure that the recipes I use are easy to make and equally as tasty!

These recipes are not my own, however, they are amazing and they deserve to be shared! I’ve linked every recipe I used and added in my own photo’s so you can see what they look like when a sub-par baker makes them. Haha!

So, here are my three favourite Christmas baking recipes that you should try this holiday season!

Candy Cane Kiss Cookies

These suckers are deadly. They are so good and easy to make, they are guaranteed to be a huge hit with everyone. I made them a little bigger than the recommended size, but not on purpose (whoops!). After making them bigger, I suggest keeping them small because they’re easier to eat that way. However, baking is all about preference, so you do you!

Peppermint Bark

I opted not to use white chocolate in my peppermint bark because I love semi-sweet chocolate and peppermint alone together. It reminds me of the thin mints you get from Girl Guides, minus the cookie part. I really liked it this way, but I can imagine the white chocolate mixed in would be amazing as well! I also chose to put mine in a muffin tray to set. I just popped in some baking cups, poured the chocolate in until it was about half an inch thick, then refrigerated it to let them set. This way made the clean up really easy and the serving sizes are perfect!

Peppermint White Chocolate Chip Brownies

This recipe I really improvised on and made it my own. I followed the brownie recipe linked in the header and then added in peppermint oil and white chocolate chips into the mixture, then topped with crushed candy canes after it had been baked. This is definitely one for the books because it. Is. Good.

There you have it! The three best holiday baking recipes that I like to make. These are so good, everyone is going to be asking you for the recipes!
